I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my breast implants and what a great job you have done. I wish I had gotten this done sooner. You made me feel at ease with the whole experience and you were very comforting during the surgery and recovering process.
The surgery was easier than I expected, I guess because you informed of what to expect before and after the surgery. I really appreciated that you called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing.
I just wanted to thank you again for a great job and let you know you are great doctor and I was very impressed on how promptly you responded to the messages I left. I have never had a doctor return a call to me personally and so quickly. I speak very highly of you and your practice and will recommend anyone I can to you.

I just wanted to write to thank you for everything you have done for
me. From your extraordinary work in the operating room to your care and concern when I had any questions. You explained everything step by step and it made me so comfortable with everything. You were surely the one appointment I liked keeping as it always got me closer to being “me” again. I know you probably see it as just doing your job but trust me, you do much more then that. Your work is a huge part of why I think I did as well getting through my cancer. Please feel free to use my letter, pictures, etc. and give my number to anyone who you think may need it.
Also, if you could extend a thank you for me to Nicole. She is wonderful and was such a help to me with insurance questions, etc.

The first thing
I would like to say is that I am feeling MUCH
better then yesterday. You are one incredible
doctor. I don't think I ever felt so at ease
with a doctor as I have with you. Your kindness,
caring, concerns (not to mention every time I
emailed you, you responded right away with any
and all questions that I had. I am doing EXACTLY
what you have told me to do and I know each day
I will get better with time. I really appreciate
that you moved my surgery up a week early. That meant
A LOT to me. I am very happy I had
it done yesterday because I am able to get a lot
of rest without many interruptions.
If anyone I
know needs a plastic surgeon, YOU are the person
I will recommend without hesitation. Also, your
Surgical Center was wonderful. Everyone was so
kind and caring and in fact I was shocked that
at the PSC, the recovering nurse, Scott Dressler
even gave me his phone number in case I had any
questions. Your WHOLE staff was
amazing.

Dear
Dr. Ferraro,
My experience with Dr. Ferraro and his office
was nothing short of incredible. Breast
augmentation was something I had thought about
for a long time, but I was unsure of the results
and the safety. About two minutes into my
initial consultation with Dr. Ferraro I knew it
was absolutely the right thing to do. He was
amazingly informative and comforting, and these
feelings continued until the end of my procedure
and long afterwards. Any follow-up questions
that I had were addressed and answered
immediately, and Dr. Ferraro even called me well
after my surgery, unsolicited, to see how I was
doing. Beyond the doctor and the office, I have
to say, it has now been five and a half years
since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with
the decision and my results. I have had
absolutely no complications or problems, and I
couldn't be happier with the feel and size. I
have gotten endless compliments and been told
over and over again by people that, had I not
mentioned it to them, they would have never
known that I wasn't 100% natural. Without being
dramatic, I have to say the procedure has
changed my life in the greatest way and I owe
that all to Dr. Ferraro and his wonderful staff.
If and when I want to have any other procedures
done, he would be the first person I would call
and anytime I hear of anyone looking for a
plastic surgeon, his is the first and only name
I give them and anyone I have sent to him could
have written the exact same thing I just did.

Over all a great doctor, very easy to talk to. I
live 6 hours away from my doctors office, and
the staff and the doctor himself were and still
are very good about e-mailing me with any
question I had. Also might I add that Dr Ferraro
