39 year old female 5’9″, 130 lbs. Had received an implant placed below the muscle via the underarm incision at another office. Presented two years after surgery with an implant malposition. The implants were too low and too far to the side. She received a 400cc silicone implant replacement under the muscle with repair of the capsule to position the implants in the proper location. The after pictures show a better position on the implants. A crease incision was utilized. Shown four months after surgery.
