51 year old female shown before and 1 year after and bilateral breast cancer reconstruction. The patient is height 5’4” and weight 103 pounds. A cup before and a B cup after the procedure. She had a lobular carcinoma of the left breast. Did not require radiation or chemotherapy. The patient a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and reconstruction using a tissue expander followed by the Inspira high profile 345cc silicone implant.
