39 year old shown before and 2 year after a breast lift with implants. She is height 5’8” and weight 190 pounds. C cup before and a D cup after. The patients had a 440cc high profile silicone implant placed beneath the muscle via a crease incision followed at the same time by a lollipop incision to perform the breast lift.
