46 year old female gastric bypass with a 210 lb weight loss. Now 5’1″ and 130 lbs. C cup preoperative and D cup postoperative. She underwent submuscular placement of a high profile smooth wall 350cc silicone implant and a vertical limb mastopexy. One year follow up.
