24 year old female Ht 5’4″ 125 lbs two weeks after surgery. The rhinoplasty was completed by using the open technique. Patient desired a change in her profile and nasal tip. She wanted to reduce the dorsum (top of the nose) and elevate the tip. She has achieved the desired result.
