5’6″ 200 lbs. female before and five months after submuscular placement of a 533cc silicone implant and breast lift. The patient desired a larger breast and higher more youthful shape. Started at a D cup and is now a DD cup. The breast lift was a lollipop or vertical limb mastopexy.
