45 year old female before and after breast lift using the vertical limb mastopexy approach. No implant was used. 5’4″ and 130 lbs. Patient desired a lift with the same size breast. No medical history and a non smoker. D cup before and after surgery. Pictures taken at 10 weeks. The patient used a surgical bra and scarguard.
