44 year old female 5’3″ 120 lbs., A cup breast size. Base width was 12.5 cm and the skin envelope was tight. Patient underwent a sub-pectoral placement of a high profile 300cc silicone implant through the crease incision. Pictures taken before and five months after the procedure. Patient now a C cup. Surgical procedure done by Dr. Ferraro.
