48 year old shown before and ten days after a bilateral breast augmentation using a 335 cc Ideal saline implant, high profile placed beneath the muscle via a crease incision. The patient had a saline implant placed ten years earlier and an implant rupture occurred. The patient is 4’11” tall and weighs 94 pounds. She went from an B cup to a full C cup.
