53 year old female shown before and 10 weeks after a bilateral breast reduction using the anchor incision. The patient is height 5’4” and weight 175 pounds. She was a DD cup before and a C cup after. She desired a smaller and higher breast. The breast lift was done at the surgical center and the patient went home the same day.
