Case Details
27 year old female shown before and three weeks after a rhinoplasty. The patient had an open approach and wanted to elevate the tip and lessen the dorsal hump on top of the nose. The septum was also partially removed to open the airway and to create a straight to slightly concave dorsum (top of the nose). All procedures done by Frank J.
