i was in desperate need of a breast reduction. i was having SEVERE back pain and my posture was suffering. Dr Ferraro handled my paperwork, guided me on anything i was missing, and dealt with the insurance company. i have not had to make A SINGLE PHONE CALL. The surgery was a complete success. i have lupus and dr ferraro took all precautions and took excellent care of me. if i call with a concern, even if the office is closed, he calls back within 20 minutes! Amazing! He is the most professional doctor I have seen in a long time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR FERRARO. i would give more stars but they only allow 5.
