I have to say that I had been looking for a plastic surgeon to do my breast reduction for years. I went to numerous surgeons and something just never felt right. I even had in the past my insurance covering the surgery but for some reason, I did not feel comfortable with the doctor so I never pursue the surgery. After reading reviews and doing a lot of research, I came across Dr. Ferraro. I thought maybe the reviews were too good to be true. I came to Dr. Ferraro’s office and immediately fell 100% comfortable. The entire team is exceptional; front desk, nurses at the surgery facility, and of course Dr. Ferraro himself. Within one month from visiting him, I was set for my surgery. I did not have insurance at the time so I paid for it out of pocket and it was worth every single penny. Surgery day came, the staff and nurses were great. My significant other got really sick in the waiting room while I was getting set up for surgery. The doctor was so concerned about him and kept checking up on him. The process to get ready for the surgery was fast, everyone was so nice and before I knew it, I was in the surgery room. After the surgery, the staff was great. They made sure I had a snack and processed the discharged paperwork pretty quick. Once I was home the doctor called me to make sure that not only was I okay, but my significant other too. The following day, the staff also called to make sure the process was going smooth. The entire process over all has been amazing! If I had a concern I could call the office and within 10-30 mins the doctor was on the phone. I even had a concern about a bill I received, I brought it to him and it was taken care of. Overall, my recovery has been great! LISTEN TO DR. FERRARO!! I have done everything he has suggested and I could not be happier. I am glad I went with my gut and decided to have Dr. Ferraro do the surgery. I have the size I asked for (G to B/C) , I am healing well and the scars are disappearing. He’s great and he’s on top of his game. No wonder he came out one of the best surgeons..oh, and its the little things he does that count the most. I will always recommend him.
