Dr Ferraro has been my plastic surgeon since 2005 when I had my first bout of breast cancer. He was the second doctor I consulted. The first one kept me waiting in a freezing cold exam room for 45 mins and then took 2 mins to tell me the only surgery he would do was an implant. Seeing Dr Ferraro was a completely different experience he took time to explain my options, listened to my concerns and ultimately performed a TRAM flap reconstruction after my mastectomy. He returned phone calls quickly and on a couple of occasions actually answered the phone himself! I have been very happy with the results.
This year saw my second diagnosis of cancer and currently I am in the beginning stages of having an implant. I am sure the results will be as good as the last surgery. He always takes time to answer any questions and has a calm manner about him that puts you immediately at ease. I can’t imagine using anyone else!
