40 year old female height 5’5″ and 140 pounds shown before and 5 months and 1 year after an abdominoplasty and muscle tightening. The patient had two c sections and a lax abdominal wall. She underwent a type IV abdominoplasty and used scar creams and an abdominal binder after surgery. All procedures done by Frank J. Ferraro, MD.
