32 year old female, 5’3″, 200 lbs., before and 5 months after an abdominoplasty. The patient underwent tightening of the abdominal muscles and excision of the excess skin. Exparel was used to reduce the pain after surgery and to make her abdomen numb for three days. The C section scar was extended to perform the surgery.
