35 year old female, Height 5’7″ and Weight 145 lbs., has had three children and wanted to restore the shape and volume of the breast. She is shown 5 months after breast augmentation via the crease incision of a 450cc high profile silicone implant placed below the muscle. The patient used a surgical bra and bandeau after surgery. She was a B cup before and a D cup after.
