33 year old female before and 3 weeks after a breast augmentation. The patient is 5’10” and 153 pounds. She was an A cup prior and a C cup after the procedure. She delivered one child and breastfed. She underwent a crease incision, submuscular placement of a high profile silicone implant 450cc round, smooth wall.
