34 year old female shown before and after a bilateral breast augmentation. Her height is 5’3” and weight 120 pounds. She started at an A cup and is now a D cup. The 425 high profile silicone implant was placed beneath the muscle via a crease incision. The patient has now restored the volume to the breast which was lost after pregnancy.
