22 year old female shown before and 3 months after bilateral breast augmentation. Her height is 5’3” and weight 140 lbs. She was an A cup before and now is a large C cup. The procedure was done via the crease incision and the 500cc high profile silicone implant was placed beneath the muscle. The Keller funnel was used to allow a smaller incision. The patient had loss of size and volume after she had her children and wanted to increase the size and life the breast into a more youthful shape. All procedures done by Dr. Frank J. Ferraro, MD.
