45 year female shown before and three months after a bilateral breast reduction using the anchor incision. She is 5’5” and 175 pounds. Her cup size was 38G before and after her surgery she is now a D cup. Her symptoms of neck and back pain have resolved and is able to wear the clothing she likes. The patient is using a supportive bra and scar creams.
