29 year old female 5’7″ and 130 lbs. desired a change to the profile and tip of the nose. The dorsum (top of the nose) has a dorsal hump and the tip is too low. The surgery elevated the tip of the nose and straightened the profile. She is seen here before and 2 years after a rhinoplasty using an open approach. From the side view the patient has achieved the desired changes.
