23 year old female with difficulty breathing from a deviated septum. Concerned about the appearance of the dorsum (top) of the nose and the tip. She underwent an open rhinoplasty to take down the hump on the top of the nose and elevate the tip. She is seen before and three weeks after the procedure. All surgery done by Dr. Frank J.
