27 year old female shown before and 5 years after a bilateral breast augmentation using an Allergan High Profile 350 cc silicone implant, placed beneath the muscle and a crease incision was utilized. Height 5’6” and weight 125 pounds. A cup before and C cup after surgery. Patient used a supportive surgical bra for several months after surgery.
