45 year old female shown before and two years after a bilateral breast reduction. Anchor incision was used. Height 5’4” and 175 pounds with a 40 G cup breast size before and a D cup after. Patient successfully used ScarGaurd and the surgical bra for several months after the procedure. All surgery done by Frank J. Ferraro, MD.
